WOD 22 Fundraiser:

Approximately 22 Veterans a day die by suicide. In order to promote awareness and show our Nation’s Heroes from all eras they are not alone please join us in the 22 WOD Crossfit Event to End Veteran Suicide. Funds raised will go to help support the Service Animal Assistance Program and Honor & Courage Programs through Operation Ward 57—a nonprofit serving our nation’s wounded, ill and injured. Service Animals have been proven to help combat depression, anxiety, and seclusive behavior which are all common with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Together we can make a difference. We can connect these Veterans with the Service Animal they desperately need through partner Orgs, and we can help cover the expenses of obtaining the animal as well as be there for their lifelong needs such as Vet Bills, Food & Supplies. In addition the Honor & Courage Program provides a 24/7 hotline available to all era Veterans and their families.

Women's Only Intro to Krav Maga

We will be hosting a Women's Only Intro to Krav Maga Class

Krav Maga is a Modern Self Defense System, what that means to you is that everything we teach you is grounded in what's effective and efficient. It is designed to be practical for people of any age, shape for size and expands on your natural instincts in case of a real world situation.

This class is open to all Phalanx Krav Maga and Crossfit Members as well as the General Public. Members train for free if they bring a non member guest.

The cost of the seminar is $30 and 100% of the proceeds will go directly to the JBWS (Jersey Battered Women's Services)

The JBWS is a wonderful organization run by mostly women (Amazing, Strong Women) who dedicate their careers to helping ALL victims of Domestic Abuse by helping them get their lives back on track. They help males, females, the LGBTQ Community and so many others in different ways! All the money will be put to good use! You can donate directly through here or participate in this event directly.
